Toby Mulligan's distinctive and iconic contemporary art spans abstract and figurative works in various mediums, from oils to Indian ink. His paintings are exhibited at The National Portrait Gallery, as well as the private collections of Mick Jagger and Roger Federer to name but a few. 

The artist has showcased his artistic talent in films for Winsor & Newton, Liquitex, Cass Art, and Sky Arts TV. His artistic brilliance has also earned him recognition in esteemed publications such as The Times, The Guardian, and the BBC. Mulligan is currently working on a selection of celebrity portraits as part of commission for a Charity Auction this winter in partnership with Liquid Mirror. 

Notable Accolades: Mulligan was selected for the BP Portrait Award 2012; after hanging in the National Portrait Gallery in London throughout the summer, it is currently in the National Portrait Gallery. Mulligan has made several films painting portraits for Winsor & Newton, Liquitex and Cass Art; he has also been filmed painting for Sky Arts TV.  He was also the biggest seller at Claredon Fine Art in 2019 and is working on a selection of celebrity portraits as part of a commission currently.
