MATLAKAS, (Italian), is a multidisciplinary artist based in London. His art spans various mediums, from paintings to performance art, street murals, and sculpture. The topics of his paintings blur the lines between inner harmony and chaos. His use of bold colour and explosive scenes are both original and unique, bringing a wave of optimism and humor to contemporary art. 

His eccentric performance pieces are often intertwined with his paintings. From dressing a military tank in Hello Kitty Pyjamas in Ukraine and making national news to walking the streets of Manhattan with melting ice creams on his face MATLAKAS’ projects have gone viral. The artist most recently caught the eye of Netflix HQ where he was commissioned to paint a mural.
